Each of the three Ashra that make up the Holy Month of Ramzan holds special significance. The first ashra is associated with blessings, the second with forgiveness, and the third with bhakshis. Sins and blunders, both deliberate and accidental, are part of the human condition. However, Muslims are given a second opportunity at salvation by Allah.

In the Holy Quran, Allah Declares,
“And pursue forgiveness of Allah. There is no denying Allah’s benevolence and mercy. (Qur’an, 73:20)
In the Holy Quran, Allah Declares,
“And whoever does an erroneous or wrongs himself but then pursues forgiveness will find Allah Forgiving and Generous.” (Qur’an 4:10)
According to the Holy Prophet (PBUH),
“If anybody continuously pursues pardon (from Allah), Allah will retain for him a way out of every suffering and a relief from every nervousness, and will provide nourishment for him from where he expects not.” To put it simply (Abu Dawud)
