A Glimpse into My Journey
My personal development and spiritual growth journey began in 1999 when I realized the shallowness and lack of fulfillment in modern life. However, it took me some time to navigate the path because I initially believed that knowledge and intellectual pursuits would provide the answers I sought. Yet, true transformation required delving deeper into my consciousness. I had to move beyond my thoughts and connect with my heart, where emotions reside, and my belly, where repressed emotions lie dormant. It was then that genuine transformation began to unfold. By truly feeling and experiencing my emotions instead of merely thinking about them, I was able to unpack, heal, and reintegrate them. This process brought about a sense of wholeness, happiness, peace, and fulfillment, replacing the anxiety, insecurity, and emptiness I had previously experienced. In short, I underwent a profound transformation, and my life was forever changed.
Throughout my journey, I have extensively studied Transformational Coaching, Spiritual Counselling, Holistic Healing, the Diamond Approach, Internal Family Systems (parts-work), Hakomi, Psychosynthesis, BWRT (a rapid therapy), and Reiki. Drawing upon these various modalities, I offer a unique approach to my work. However, my “superpower” lies in my ability to merge my soul with others, enabling me to empathetically understand and assist in their healing and transformation in ways that may not be accessible to other coaches. This empathic connection is not an extraordinary gift; rather, it is a natural ability that we all possess to some degree. Through years of refining my consciousness and extensive practice, my sensitivity to this connection has become finely tuned.
